Hawaii

Hawaii is a surprisingly prolific agricultural state, and although vineyards here are not as common as pineapple groves, there are grapes grown here.

At present, there are thre wineries scattered among the Hawaiian islands. They are Tedeschi Vineyards on Maui, Volcano Winery on the big island, and Diamond Head Winery. Volcano Winery is particularly known for using locally grown tropical fruit to either blend with grapes or directly produce distinctively Hawaiian wines.
